Legal Costs / Fees

- We will act for you on a “no win-no charge” basis,
which means you will only pay legal costs if you are successful.

- At the successful conclusion of your claim, we will not charge you a percentage (%) of the compensation payout you receive.

- Unlike other law firms, we will not charge you a percentage (%) of the compensation payout you receive, but rather, we only charge you for the work we do and our Professional Fees are calculated pursuant to the relevant Court Scale of Costs which applies to your individual case, so you can maximise your compensation payout.

- Unlike other law firms, we will not charge you a 25% uplift on Professional Fees so you can maximise your compensation payout.

- The Partners at GPD Lawyers will look after your case personally and you will have 2 experienced lawyers working for you on your case at no extra cost to you.

- Because sometimes the actual amount of Professional Fees for the work done is higher than the amount of the compensation payout you receive, we will give you a discount on our Professional Fees to reflect the compensation payout you receive.

- The only faces you will see from the beginning until the successful conclusion of your claim will be the faces of your lawyers Grace and Daniel, the Partners of our law firm.

- We will, in some circumstances, not ask any payment from you towards any Professional Fees and we will only accept the Legal Costs the TAC or WorkSafe are prepared to pay so that you can maximise your compensation payout.
- We will monitor your claim closely to ensure you are never exposed to the risk of losing your case or having to pay the other side’s Legal Costs.
